Deposits
For services lasting 3 hours or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Payment Notice
A 3% service fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, at the discretion of your stylist.

Feeling Unwell?
If you're not feeling well, please notify us as soon as possible—do not wait until the day of your appointment. With appropriate notice, we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment and your deposit will remain on file.
